Payments
a) Sales to Mainland Portugal are free of postage for prepayment by check or bank transfer (recommended).
b) Sales to prepayment islands may be deportees depending on price, weight and quantity (before placing your order contact Roma Editora to find out the value of the postage to be added to the order value).
c) For shipments to the collection to Mainland Portugal and islands will be applied depending on the price, weight and quantity (before placing your order contact Roma Editora to know the value of the postage to be added to the order value).
d) Sales abroad are only accepted on a prepayment basis and with the payment of postage depending on the country, price, weight and quantity. (before placing your order contact Roma Editora to find out the value of the postage to be added to the order value).
- Discounts are only valid for check or transfer payments. Discounts will not be applied for billing payments.
- All books indicated on the website are available for sale, unless otherwise stated or stock break.
- Customer personal data will be used by Roma Editora only for the purchase process never being transferred to third parties.
- Books are only shipped after payment proof
- Roma Editora may refuse any order when you check that:
a) did not receive proof of purchase by the customer
b) customer payment does not match the amount of your order
c) the customer did not provide the correct data for the dispatch of the books
(in any of these situations Roma Editora contacts the customer)
- Images may not match the original size of the book.
- Books can be exchanged within a maximum of 15 days after the order, without additional charges, when it is found that:
) the book contains defects or is damaged;
b) the book does not match the order.
- The delivery time (via CTT) is approximately five business days.
Books with price 0 are still in preparation or sold out. In case of book booking in preparation the price will be indicated and applied when it is available and the customer may cancel their reservation without any kind of appointment.
